DENVER, CO—Stinson LLP is pleased to welcome Jonathan Manning to the firm as an associate in its Denver office. Manning joins as a member of the firm’s Banking & Financial Services Practice Division.
Manning’s commercial finance practice focuses on assisting regional and national lenders in transactions involving the development and acquisition of real estate. He also works with investment funds and private equity groups in developing various services agreements and advising on regulatory compliance in federal, state and municipal courts.
