PHILADELPHIA, PA—Faegre Drinker announced today that Andreas Andrews has joined the firm’s corporate group as a tax partner in the Philadelphia office. Andrews joins from a global law firm.
Andrews advises clients on complex US federal income tax matters with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, private investment funds, and renewable energy transactions. He works with strategic companies, financial sponsors, renewable energy developers and investors, and private funds and private fund investors to structure transactions that are both tax-efficient and aligned with business objectives.
