NEWARK, NJ—FBT Gibbons LLP has added Teresa D. Hudson and Adam S. Mocciolo as partners in its Labor & Employment practice group, joining the firm’s Houston and New York offices, respectively. Together, they add depth to the national practice group in all aspects of employment litigation, counseling and investigations, while strengthening the practice in Texas and the Northeast.
Hudson brings a counseling-focused practice shaped by years working in senior human resources leadership roles and advising management from inside organizations. Mocciolo combines employment counseling and investigations with significant employment and commercial litigation experience, including previous in-house service at a public company with a nationwide and global workforce.
