Hinshaw Adds Four Litigation Attorneys in Miami and Fort Lauderdale

FLORIDA—The U.S. based law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP has named four new litigation attorneys in its Coral Gables (Miami) and Fort Lauderdale offices. Joining the Coral Gables office are Associates Stephen O. Ayeni, Jr., Morgan Metzger and Brittney Savino. Associate Livia Vieira has joined the Fort Lauderdale office.

Stephen O. Ayeni, Jr. focuses on civil rights and constitutional litigation, commercial litigation, government and labor & employment. He holds a J.D. cum laude from Shepard Broad College of Law – Nova Southeastern University and a B.S. from Florida State University. He is admitted in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Morgan Metzger counsels clients on a variety of business and commercial transactions focusing on matters involving real estate. Her experience further includes working on lease amendments and conducting research on condominium and entitlement issues. Fluent in Spanish, she holds a J.D. magna cum laude from Elon University School of Law, and a B.A. summa cum laude from Rollins College.

Brittney Savino advises corporations and insurance companies on a wide range of insurance-related matters. She has also handled personal injury litigation, represented major cruise lines in maritime litigation, and provided support in white collar criminal cases. She holds a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and a B.A. from New York University. Brittney is admitted in the U.S. District Court for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.

Livia Vieira represents clients in insurance coverage and defense disputes and assists with matters involving first party, third party, and bad faith claims. She was previously a law clerk and summer associate with Hinshaw. Before joining the firm, she held law clerk and paralegal positions with three Fort Lauderdale firms where she handled matters involving employment law, construction matters, and corporate law. Livia holds a J.D. summa cum laude from Shepard Broad College of Law – Nova Southeastern University and an LL.B. from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. She is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish.
