JACKSONVILLE, FL—Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, a leading civil defense litigation law firm with more than 500 attorneys and four offices in Florida, has added Kathleen A. Carlson and Avery D. Sander as Associates in the firm’s Jacksonville office.
Kathleen A. Carlson joins the firm’s Casualty Department. Throughout her career, she has litigated automobile liability, uninsured/underinsured motorist and general liability matters. Prior to joining Marshall Dennehey, Ms. Carlson was an associate with a statewide insurance defense firm in Jacksonville, handling automobile liability, uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage matters, and bad faith litigation.
Ms. Carlson is a dual graduate of the University of Florida earning both her bachelor’s degree and juris doctor from the university. She is admitted to practice law in Florida and the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Northern Districts of Florida.
Avery D. Sander is a member of Marshall Dennehey’s Professional Liability Department. Most recently, she served the State of Florida as a litigation attorney with the St. Johns River Water Management District and State Attorney’s Office for the Fourth Judicial Circuit.
Ms. Sander is a graduate of Principia College and earned her juris doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in Florida as well as the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
