MIAMI, FL—Tenzer Arrieta PLLC is pleased to announce that Karl Klein has been appointed Chair of The Florida Bar’s Mental Health & Wellness of Florida Attorneys committee for the 2021-22 term. Klein has been a member of the committee since 2019 and previously served as Vice Chair.
As a partner with Tenzer Arrieta, Klein focuses his practice on domestic and international Corporate and Real Estate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, financings, entity formation, and general corporate matters.
