FORT LAUDERDALE, FL—Kelley Kronenberg is pleased to announce that Thomas Mersch has been promoted to General Counsel for the firm.
Mersch will be managing the organization’s legal matters and acting as the firm’s legal representative.
Mersch has over 30 years of experience as an attorney, corporate counsel, entrepreneur and businessman in multiple sectors including information technology, e-Commerce, finance, travel, and government. He has held influential legal leadership positions in the past with a number of large firms, and specifically in the capacity of General Counsel.
As General Counsel for Kelley Kronenberg, Mersch will be liaising with outside counsel regarding assignments, crafting and reviewing legal strategy in response to any litigation, and creating new entities and managing organization’s intellectual property among other tasks.
Mersch is a licensed attorney in Florida and Mississippi, earning his JD from the University of Mississippi and his BA from Southern Methodist University. He has extensive experience in providing advice and guidance on Business Transactions and Data Privacy and Security matters.
