MIAMI, FL —Litigation attorney Paula Alejandra Martinez has joined Dunn Law, P.A. as an Associate. She focuses her practice on creditor’s rights and bankruptcy related matters.
Paula joined the firm after working in well-established consumer debtor practices in South Florida where she handled Chapter 7, Chapter 13, and out-of-court workouts. She is admitted in Florida and the Southern District of Florida Bankruptcy Court. Paula received her J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law and her B.A. in Political Science and Criminology and Law, cum laude, from the University of Florida.
While in law school, Paula interned for the Honorable Tracey N. Wise, Chief Judge of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Eastern District of Kentucky. She also served as the President of the Latino Law Society and the Writing Chair of the Moot Court Board.
