Rebecca L. Palmer has over 26 years of experience assisting clients with numerous legal needs, including divorce, alimony, child custody and support, paternity, and pre-and post-nuptial agreements. Palmer holds an undergraduate degree and a Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University.
