Baker Donelson’s Amy W. Schrader Elected Shareholder

TALLAHASSEE, FL—Baker Donelson has elected 15 new shareholders across the Firm, including Amy W. Schrader of the Firm’s Tallahassee office.

A member of the Firm’s Health Law Group, Ms. Schrader focuses her practice on assisting companies and individuals in their dealings and engagements with Florida regulatory agencies, with an emphasis on the health care industry. She has routinely represented clients in administrative litigation involving the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration, Department of Health, and related state agencies on matters including professional licensing, challenges to proposed sanctions, bid protests, and agency rule challenges. She has a wide range of experience assisting various health care providers, including long term care facilities, clinical laboratories, physician group practices, and pharmacies and hospitals regarding multistate federal licensing, regulatory requirements, and structuring of business transactions. Ms. Schrader is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in State and Federal Government and Administrative Practice.
