MIAMI, FL—Fowler White announced that Daniella P. Piñeros has rejoined the firm as a Shareholder in its Health Care Litigation & Regulatory Group, bringing more than a decade of experience in healthcare litigation, product liability and regulatory matters.
Piñeros previously practiced at Fowler White from 2019 to 2021, representing physicians, hospital systems and other healthcare providers in complex medical malpractice and wrongful death litigation. She returns to the firm with expanded experience in pharmaceutical and medical device litigation, mass torts and healthcare regulatory matters. Throughout her career, Piñeros has represented healthcare professionals and institutions in matters involving professional negligence, personal injury and wrongful death. Her experience encompasses all phases of litigation, including depositions, motion practice, mediations, settlement negotiations and trial preparation.
