SAN FRANCISCO, CA—Glenn Agre Bergman & Fuentes LLP announced today that KC Maxwell, a trial lawyer and strategic advisor with three decades of experience representing individuals, executives and organizations in high-stakes criminal and civil matters, has joined the firm as Of Counsel in San Francisco.
Maxwell joins the San Francisco office that co-founding partner Lyn R. Agre opened in 2021, which also includes partner David R. Callaway, a former Assistant United States Attorney and Deputy District Attorney, and special counsel Burke E. Strunsky, a former Superior Court judge. Her arrival deepens the firm’s West Coast capabilities at a moment when venture-backed companies are increasingly facing investor conflict and regulatory scrutiny.
