The firm’s Corporate and Tax Group welcomes associates Alyssa Baumann and Peter Dragna, further strengthening its capabilities in corporate transactions and business advisory services. Baumann focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and general corporate matters. Dragna represents private equity firms, portfolio companies, and public and private businesses in mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, divestitures, corporate governance, and related transactions.
The firm’s Commercial Litigation Group welcomes associates Andrew Barrineau, Lauren Ferguson, and Sara Thompson, further expanding its depth and capabilities in handling complex business disputes. Barrineau represents clients in business disputes, breach of contract claims, and matters involving the enforcement and defense of noncompete and restrictive covenant agreements. Ferguson focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, strategic risk management, and high-stakes disputes, while Thompson concentrates on commercial litigation and employment law.
Valerie Lamb joins the firm’s Products Liability Group as an associate. She represents clients in personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, and other matters involving a range of industries, including trucking and automotive, retail, and maritime. Her experience further strengthens the group’s ability to help clients navigate litigation risks and protect their business interests.
Gary Lopez-Perea joins the firm’s Trusts & Estates Group, expanding the firm’s private client services in estate planning, wealth preservation, and succession planning.
