DALLAS, TX—JAMS announced that Hon. James O. Browning (Ret.) has joined its panel. Judge Browning joins JAMS following a 45-year legal career, including more than 23 years of service on the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico.
Based in the Dallas Resolution Center, Judge Browning will serve as a mediator, arbitrator, court-appointed neutral (referee/special master), neutral evaluator and hearing officer. He brings a case-specific approach grounded in thorough preparation, analytical rigor, active listening and close attention to the parties’ interests and concerns.
