Badders focuses her practice on protecting the rights of mesothelioma victims. A member of the firm’s Asbestos Department, she has more than 15 years of experience in asbestos litigation. She has a deep working knowledge of the factual and legal issues presented by asbestos cases through her extensive briefing and presentations in oral argument before courts at trial and appellate levels.
