PHILADEPLHIA, PA—Faegre Drinker announced today that Catherine DiValentino has rejoined the firm’s investment management group as counsel in the Philadelphia office. DiValentino joins from Nomura Asset Management, where she was associate director and associate general counsel.
DiValentino has extensive experience guiding investment companies, investment advisers, and fund boards through the regulatory, compliance, governance, and operational issues that arise through the life of an investment product. She advises clients from initial formation and launch, through ongoing operations, reorganizations, mergers, and liquidations.
