McGlinchey Attorneys Named to Leadership Roles in ABA Business Law Section

BATON ROUGE, LA—McGlinchey Stafford is pleased to announce that several members of the firm have been appointed to leadership roles within the American Bar Association’s Business Law Section.

Marshall Grodner (Baton Rouge) has been elected to serve as a member of the ABA Business Law Section’s Council, which is the organization’s governing body.

Aaron Kouhoupt (Cleveland) has been appointed as Chair of the Section’s Consumer Financial Services Committee’s Compliance Management Subcommittee, having previously served as Vice-Chair for the past two years.

Jim Sandy (Cleveland) has been selected as Vice Chair of the Section’s Consumer Financial Services Committee’s Debt Collection Practices and Bankruptcy Subcommittee

Lynette Hotchkiss (Nashville) has been named Editor-in-Chief of Business Law Today, the premier digital platform of the ABA Business Law Section.

In addition, several McGlinchey attorneys serve as members of Business Law Today’s Editorial Board, which is made up of leading practitioners with deep expertise across a range of practice areas.
