BOSTON, MA—Joshua I. Rudawitz, Intellectual Property (IP) & Technology associate in global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s Boston office, presented at the Boston Bar Association (BBA)’s Annual IP Year in Review March 23.
During his panel, “Intellectual Property in Tech,” Rudawitz discussed recent IP developments for the technology sector, as well as provided guidance on counseling clients regarding new court rulings and legal changes. This event also covered IP updates for a variety of additional industries, including life sciences, artificial intelligence, arts, and entertainment.
Rudawitz has more than 15 years of multifaceted strategic intellectual property law experience, including as a primary patent examiner with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and counsels clients of all sizes with their IP needs. He focuses his practice on the preparation and prosecution of trademark and patent portfolios. Rudawitz focuses on understanding and studying his clients’ business needs and goals.
