BOSTON, MA—Casner & Edwards announces that Jordan P. Bowne has joined the firm as an associate in the firm’s Trusts & Estates Group. Bowne’s practice encompasses all areas of trusts and estates law. He works directly with high net-worth clients to design, structure and implement estate planning and tax minimization strategies.
Bowne also advises institutional and individual fiduciaries throughout the trust and estate administration process and advocates on behalf of beneficiaries in resolving disputes with fiduciaries and other beneficiaries. In his practice, he assists clients in pre-marital planning and pre-nuptial agreements. Bowne’s experience as a law clerk for the Massachusetts Probate & Family Court has influenced his approach to client service. He counsels clients about the nuances of the law and court process, bridging the gap in the complexities of legal proceedings.
