Morgan, Brown & Joy’s Danielle Jurema Lederman Spoke at Mass Cultural Council’s Webinar, “Recover, Rebuild, Renew: Employment Law Basics”

BOSTON, MA —Morgan, Brown & Joy attorney Danielle Jurema Lederman spoke at the “Employment Law Basics” webinar as part of the Mass Cultural Council webinar series, “Recover, Rebuild, Renew,” on March 2, 2021. Lederman joined the Arts & Business Council of Greater Boston in reviewing the essential principles of employment law, including defining employers’ obligations with respect to hiring and termination; explaining the distinctions between an employee and an independent contractor; and identifying common employment pitfalls.

Lederman counsels employers in a variety of labor and employment matters including discrimination, sexual harassment, wage and hour law and retaliation. She also represents employers in mediation, arbitration and litigation at the administrative, state, and federal levels.
