Asst. Chief Judge Jennifer Frisch Appointed to MN Court of Appeals

ST. PAUL, MN—On April 1, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz and Lieutenant Governor Peggy Flanagan announced the appointment of Assistant Chief Judge Jennifer Frisch to the Minnesota Court of Appeals. Judge Frisch will fill the vacancy occurring upon the retirement of Chief Judge Edward J. Cleary. This seat is designated for Minnesota’s Fourth Congressional District.

Judge Frisch currently serves as the Assistant Chief Judge in the Second Judicial District, where she presides over civil and criminal matters. Previously, Judge Frisch served as Senior Associate General Counsel at the University of Minnesota, where she represented the University as trial and appellate counsel in state and federal courts.
