Timothy Walsh has joined the Minneapolis office of Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr

MINNEAPOLIS, MN — Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr announced that Timothy Walsh has joined its Minneapolis office as a partner in the Real Estate practice, bringing to the firm more than 35 years of experience in private practice and as in-house counsel at Fortune 500 and mid-market privately held companies. Mr. Walsh represents commercial developers and companies with commercial real estate needs in their purchases, sales, closings and financing of real estate. He also represents financial institutions in commercial real estate closings and workouts and foreclosures of commercial real estate loans, and sells properties for lenders. Mr. Walsh earned his J.D. from the William Mitchell College of Law
