In May 2018, Justin Rhodes joined Webber Law Firm, LLC as an associate attorney, practicing immigration law.
Rhodes earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota Law School (cum laude), a master’s degree from the University of Minnesota, and a Bachelor of Arts from Gustavus Adolphus College (summa cum laude). Justin is licensed to practice law by the Supreme Court of Minnesota and because immigration law is federal, he is permitted to represent clients throughout the United States and worldwide on U.S. immigration law matters.
During law school, Justin won a Best Brief Award in Legal Writing, was awarded an Upper Midwest Human Rights Fellowship from the University of Minnesota Law School’s Human Rights Center, interned with Judge Dale B. Lindman, and clerked with the Ramsey County Public Defender’s Office.
At Webber Law Firm, he supports both the employment- and family-based immigration practices with a special focus on H-1Bs and labor certifications (PERM).
