Mr. Drinkwater also earned the designation of “All-Star MVP” for being listed in the All-Stars list for consecutive years.

Mr. Drinkwater has extensive experience in major business, commercial and constitutional litigation. He has tried some of Mississippi’s most significant cases and handled more than 70 appeals, arguing more than 30 of them in state and federal courts across the country. A former law clerk of former U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice Warren Burger, Mr. Drinkwater is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and of the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers. He also is an Advocate of the American Board of Trial Advocates.
Mr. Wilson is a corporate transactional lawyer and provides legal counsel to clients on acquisitions, joint ventures, tax, economic development and finance transactions. He has extensive experience managing corporate transactional and state and local tax matters, including over 100 separate business acquisitions, over 30 separate joint ventures and strategic alliances, state and local tax planning and controversy resolution, industrial development and economic incentives, and finance transactions.
