DENVILLE, NJ—Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost & Botwinick, PC is pleased to announce that, effective January 1, 2023, Christine M. McCarthy has been elevated from Counsel to Partner in the firm’s Accidents/Personal Injury Practice and Kristi L. Terranova has been elevated from Counsel to Partner in the firm’s Family/Matrimonial Practice.
Since joining Einhorn Barbarito in 2014, McCarthy has successfully represented injured clients through trial and provided integral assistance in reaching several of the highest reported settlements in New Jersey in 2020 and 2021. She handles all aspects of her clients’ cases and has presented oral arguments in both state and federal courts, as well as the state appellate and Supreme Court.
McCarthy earned her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and her B.A., summa cum laude, from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
Terranova has practiced at Einhorn Barbarito for nearly seven years, with a practice focused on matrimonial and family law. She has both trial court and appellate experience representing clients in a broad range of issues related to matrimonial litigation, relocation, spousal and child support, college contribution, domestic violence issues, emancipation, grandparent’s rights, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, asset valuation and protection and post-judgment modifications to custody and support.
Terranova earned her J.D. from Widener University School of Law and her B.A. from Gettysburg College.
