William L. Wilkins has joined the Princeton, New Jersey office as counsel. Mr. Wilkins is a member of the Corporate Law, Banking & Financial Services, Business & Commercial Services, Public Finance, Venture Capital & Emerging Markets, Redevelopment, and Complex Litigation practice groups.
Mr. Wilkins’ practice involves the representation of corporate entities and financial institutions in a variety of transactional matters, including business formation and structuring, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder/member/partnership agreements, commercial agreements, debt and equity financings, as well as related commercial litigation matters.
Mr. Wilkins is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey (2014), Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (2014) and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. After graduating with a B.A. from Rutgers University, he earned his J.D. from Temple University, Beasley School of Law, where he distinguished himself in the Temple Law Trial Advocacy Program, earning the Outstanding Oral Advocacy Award. In furtherance of his legal studies, Mr. Wilkins earned a Master in Laws degree as an honors graduate of Temple Law’s nationally-ranked LL.M.-Trial Advocacy Program and then went on to earn an additional Master of Laws degree in Taxation from Temple Law.
