BRIDGEWATER, NJ—The law firm of Norris McLaughlin, P.A. is pleased to welcome Mina Miawad as an associate in the firm’s Bridgewater, New Jersey office. He joins as a member of the Litigation group.
Miawad focuses on complex commercial litigation matters and has represented individuals and corporations in claims, including partnership disputes, contract disputes, fraud, lien priority disputes, and Consumer Fraud Act litigation. He has experience at the state and federal levels in all phases of pre-trial practice and collaborates with his team on various claims, discovery, and deposition preparation, frequently contributing to the legal strategy throughout the process.
A graduate of Rutgers Law School, Miawad also received his B.S. from Rutgers University. He interned for the Honorable Rosemary Gambardella in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey.
