Shine has joined the firm after more than 30 years at Prudential Financial. Shine’s practice focuses on the financial services industry. He has decades of experience handling securities regulatory matters, with special expertise in financial crimes and anti-money laundering.
Since the inception of the Patriot Act and related legislation and regulations, Shine has helped coordinate Wall Street’s fight against terrorist financing, money laundering and compliance with the ensuing requirements.
Shine served as Prudential Financial Inc.’s Chief Regulatory Counsel for 16 years.
