NEW YORK, NY—The law firm of Norris McLaughlin, P.A. is pleased to announce that William “Bill” M. Funk has joined the firm as a Member in the New York office in the Business Law and Taxation Groups.
Funk concentrates his practice in tax planning and dispute work, focusing on individuals, businesses, funds and non-profit organizations. He works with clients to structure their transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, from a tax perspective and assists with drafting and negotiating tax provisions of agreements.
Prior to joining Norris McLaughlin, P.A., Funk was a solo practitioner for 14 years where he focused on tax planning and representing clients before federal and state tax authorities and in business negotiations.
