RALEIGH/GREENSBORO, NC – Ellis & Winters was recently acknowledged with “Excellent Improvement” by BTI Consulting Group, ranking in the top 15 out of 70 national law firms with the most improved client service during the pandemic.
The BTI Consulting Group conducted a national survey with more than 350 in-depth telephone interviews of general counsel, chief legal officers, and other legal decision makers from over 15 industries regarding law firm service during COVID-19. From the research, BTI generated a national list of 70 law firms that improved their service the most in response to the virus and new working conditions.
