TOLEDO, OH—We are pleased to announce that David Hudson has been appointed as a member of the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel (FDCC).
The FDCC is composed of recognized leaders in the legal community who have achieved professional distinction. In this role, David will help advance the FDCC’s mission to dedicated to promoting knowledge, fellowship, and professionalism of its members as they pursue the course of a balanced justice system and represent those in need of a defense in civil lawsuits.
David is a Partner, a member of the firm’s Management Group and serves as the managing partner for the firm’s Toledo office. His national practice focuses on civil defense litigation with particular experience in the defense of trucking and transportation claims, professional liability matters, employment practices liability issues, and directors and officers liability claims.
