A trial lawyer, Ms. Sacher represents both plaintiffs and defendants at all stages of litigation through trial and appeal. She has substantial experience defending clients in nearly every type of tort claim, including negligence claims involving wrongful death and serious personal injury, as well as premises liability, products liability, and toxic tort causes of action. She also has significant experience with insurance cases and other complex business and commercial disputes.
