PROVIDENCE, RI—Partridge Snow & Hahn (PSH) Partner Michael L. Mineau presented on the panel, “Southern New England and National Land Use Law Developments,” at the Southern New England American Planning Association (SNEAPA) 2026 Conference on October 9.
The panel explored recent land use developments, including court decisions and legislative updates relevant to planners and industry professionals across Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. As part of the discussion, Mineau examined nine recent court decisions from across the country addressing various short-term rental issues, along with Rhode Island’s recently adopted whole-home short-term rental tax.
As Chair of PSH’s Land Use Practice Group, Mineau focuses primarily on commercial real estate development, land use and permitting, real estate litigation, and land use litigation.
