WASHINGTON, D.C.—Polsinelli announced that David S. Greenberg has joined the firm’s Washington, D.C. office as a shareholder in its Health Care Litigation Practice. Greenberg represents health care providers nationwide in reimbursement and managed care disputes with commercial insurers, Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid managed care plans, TRICARE and other governmental payors.
His arrival continues the expansion of Polsinelli’s national health care litigation bench following the addition of Adam G. Wentland in Los Angeles, while further strengthening the firm’s Managed Care & Payor Disputes and APA capabilities.
