NASHVILLE, TN—McGlinchey Stafford is pleased to announce that it has named attorney Shaun Ramey co-chair of the firm’s national Financial Services Litigation (FSL) practice group. Shaun has represented scores of financial services providers in their litigation matters nationwide for almost 25 years.
With decades of experience as a trial lawyer and trusted advisor, Shaun represents financial services providers, mortgage loan servicers, banks, auto finance companies, manufactured housing lenders, and real estate entities in all types of financial services litigation. He also advises clients in litigation and transactional matters in other industries. Shaun joined McGlinchey in 2018.
