SAN ANTONIO, TX—Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces Chamberlain Hrdlicka, a diversified tax and business law firm with offices in Texas, Georgia and Pennsylvania, has executed a 13,555-square-foot lease expansion at Weston Centre, a Class A, office tower at 112 E. Pecan St. in San Antonio. Transwestern Senior Managing Director Bradley Fulkerson and Senior Associate Austin Hibbard provided tenant advisory services to Chamberlain Hrdlicka in collaboration with CBRE First Vice President Larry Mendez.
Since moving to Weston Centre in 2011, Chamberlain Hrdlicka has expanded its footprint from 4,056 square feet and two tax attorneys to 13,555 square feet and a team of 16 attorneys still focused on tax and practicing commercial litigation, probate litigation, white collar crimes, business torts, ERISA and employee benefits, tax-exempt organizations, tax planning and tax controversy. Conveniently positioned in the heart of downtown San Antonio on the Riverwalk, Weston Centre features a rooftop terrace lounge, exclusive fitness center, coffee shop, front plaza activity center and a forthcoming private dining club. The 32-story tower recently completed an extensive modernization program. In addition to the lease expansion, Insite Design & Planning has been retained to implement the strategic office renovation.
