The award recognizes a leader whose overall contributions set a new standard for expanding access to justice. Van Horn, who also serves on the Board of Directors of Legal Aid Service of Broward County, was recognized for his dedication to providing legal representation to underserved individuals and his longstanding commitment to pro bono service.
