Poppel has extensive experience handling patent, trademark, trade secret, and commercial litigation. For more than 10 years, she has utilized her chemistry background to concentrate her practice in the chemical, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical sectors, including representing patent holders in Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) litigation.
