Mr. Vigen is an experienced trial attorney who represents clients in high-profile antitrust litigation and government investigations. At DOJ, Mr. Vigen prosecuted the first-ever criminal no-poach case and argued successfully, in an issue of first impression, that no-poach allegations could proceed under a per se theory under the Sherman Antitrust Act.
