SAN FRANCISCO, CA—Rogers Joseph O’Donnell, PC welcomed Xiangpu “Blair” Huang as an associate in the firm’s Construction Practice Group. Based in the firm’s San Francisco office, Huang represents construction clients in a wide range of matters, including contract disputes, negligence and defect claims and litigation.
Huang has experience with mediation, leading and defending expert depositions, drafting and managing complex discovery and jury trial preparation. He has worked on matters ranging from negligence, breach of contract, construction defect liability, landlord-tenant disputes and general liability.
