Todd brings three decades of experience handling high-profile and sophisticated matters related to distressed mergers and acquisitions (M&A), business reorganizations, and debt restructurings.
Todd counsels both acquirers and targets in distressed M&A transactions, as well as their boards of directors and corporate officers, in relation to their fiduciary duties and personal risks. He has represented private equity funds, hedge funds, and other strategic buyers in distressed acquisitions of companies in a range of industries, including retail, food and beverage, technology, transportation, and health care.
