BOSTON, MA—Boston law firm Davis Malm announces that shareholder Charles H. DeBevoise has been re-elected to the Board of Directors for the South Eastern Economic Development Corporation (SEED), effective December 6, 2023. This will be his third year serving on the Board. In addition to his Board role, Mr. DeBevoise has represented SEED for nearly a decade in SBA 504 loan transactions.
Mr. DeBevoise is a banking, business and real estate attorney with a primary focus on debt finance. He represents lenders of all types, including commercial banks, credit unions, certified development companies, non-bank lenders and private lenders in commercial lending and commercial real estate mortgage transactions.
