NEW YORK, NY—Cohen Seglias is pleased to announce the promotion of Gary J. Repke, Jr. to the firm’s partnership, effective January 1, 2024. Across the firm, a total of nine attorneys were promoted to partner.
Repke is based in Cohen Seglias’ New York office and is focused on representing contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, design professionals, construction managers, and owners on private and public construction projects. He regularly litigates payment disputes, mechanic’s lien foreclosures, and test fund diversion cases for his clients.
