WASHINGTON, D.C.—Holtzman Vogel Baran Torchinsky and Josefiak PLLC (“Holtzman Vogel”), a nationally recognized law firm specializing in political, regulatory and litigation matters, announced today that Jonathan L. Fahey has joined the firm as a partner in its Washington, D.C. Office.
Fahey, with 25 years of experience in high-level corporate and government investigations, white-collar criminal defense, and high-stakes litigation, including serving as an Assistant U.S. Attorney and Special Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia from 2002 to 2019, will join the firm’s Government, Congressional and Corporate Investigations, Appellate, Commercial Litigation, and Constitutional Law teams.
