ORLANDO, FL—Marshall Dennehey announced today that Bret E. Dubbert has joined the firm’s Orlando office as Special Counsel in the Casualty Department. Formerly a partner at a national insurance services law firm, Dubbert has concentrated his practice in insurance defense litigation since 2009.
Dubbert focuses his practice on automobile negligence, insurance fraud, medical recovery actions, personal injury protection (PIP) litigation and general liability matters. He handles all aspects of litigation, including recovery actions, trials and appeals.
