HOUSTON, TX—Dykema announced the addition of Jasper Mason and Warren B. Wise, each as Senior Counsel in the firm’s Houston office. Mason joins Dykema’s Corporate Finance Practice Group and will also work closely with the firm’s Oil & Gas team, while Wise joins the firm’s Product Liability and Class Action Litigation practice group. Together, the two attorneys further strengthen Dykema’s capabilities in Houston across sophisticated energy transactions and complex litigation.
Mason is an experienced oil and gas transactions attorney who advises exploration and production companies, private equity-backed businesses, investors, and other energy industry participants on acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial agreements involving upstream and midstream oil and gas assets.
Wise is an experienced litigation and trial attorney who represents businesses and individuals in complex civil matters involving product liability, commercial vehicle and trucking accidents, workplace injuries, toxic torts, construction disputes, personal injury, and wrongful death claims.
