ORANGE COUNTY, CA—Buchalter announced that Stephanie Nation and Charles Clark have joined the Firm as Partners in its Orange County office. Nation joins the Real Estate Practice Group, while Clark joins the Litigation Practice Group. Their arrivals further strengthen Buchalter’s capabilities serving businesses, developers and other clients in Orange County and throughout California.
Nation represents residential and commercial real estate developers throughout California in connection with a wide range of development projects. Her experience includes master-planned communities, condominium and planned developments, mixed-use projects, age-qualified residential communities, build-to-rent communities, high-rise condominiums and custom lot subdivisions.
Clark is an accomplished trial attorney with extensive experience handling civil litigation. His practice focuses on real estate and commercial disputes, securities fraud, trade secret misappropriation and unlawful detainer matters. He has represented a broad range of clients through every stage of litigation, from large real estate developers to independent businesses of all sizes.
