NEW YORK, NY—Foley & Lardner LLP announced today that partners Marisa White and Rena Andoh have joined its New York office, continuing the firm’s strategic growth in the market. White joins the Transactions Practice Group, while Andoh joins the Commercial Litigation Practice Group.
White, who joins from Baker Botts, advises public and private companies, private equity sponsors, and their portfolio companies on domestic and cross-border transactions, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures, and other strategic investments.
Andoh, who joins from Benesch, represents clients in complex commercial and trade secret disputes before state and federal courts and in domestic and international arbitrations.
