NEW YORK, NY—King & Spalding announced that Eddie Frastai has joined the firm as a partner in its Real Estate & Funds practice group. He is based in the New York office.
Frastai advises domestic and international real estate owners, developers, investors, asset managers and financial institutions on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions. His practice spans joint ventures, preferred equity investments, mortgage, mezzanine and construction financings, debt restructurings, acquisitions and dispositions involving office, hotel, retail, residential and mixed-use assets. His experience also includes handling complex transactions that combine real estate, financing and investment management.
