Agata Baczyk has been interpreting since 2006. She is a Polish interpreter with experience in legal and medical interpreting as well as social services, educational, and community interpreting. In addition to working as a Master Level Court Interpreter in New Jersey and a Certified Court Interpreter in NYS and PA, she is also a qualified medical interpreter having worked in Bellevue Hospital Center for many years. She taught Healthcare Interpreting classes at a number of CUNY schools, including Hostos Community College and LaGuardia Community College. By establishing Legal Interpreters LLC in 2013, she hoped to address the industry's need for professional and experienced interpreters. The company started operating in NJ before moving its offices to South Florida in 2015 and later opening a second office in Chicago in 2017. Legal Interpreters, in addition to providing interpreting services, currently offers translation and transcription services in over 100 languages.
